Bakery s´körberl – quality  made in Austria

Since 1865, the Mühlpointhof has been housing its own bakery. “Honour bread, the reward for work!” The secret of our breakfast is the bread – fresh bread and rolls, baked in our own bakery, every day. We only use flour from Austria, to which we add fresh Steinberg spring water, yeast and salt – and no artificial additives. Old, traditional baking craft.

Enjoy oven-fresh crispy bread and pastries, in our daily gourmet breakfast buffet. Choose from over 80 different local and home-made products.  Heinrich Spoerl (1887-1955) said about breakfast: "The most pleasant of all meal times. The CHIA-SPELT BREAD


Made of 100 % spelt flour or whole spelt flour, chia, oat flakes, seasalt, cane sugar, yeast, malt, lactoprotein and water from the Steinberg spring, with the powerfood chia seeds.

The FIVE-GRAIN CURD CHEESE BREAD

The FIVE-GRAIN CURD CHEESE BREAD is made of rye, wheat and whole spelt flour, oat flakes, chia, linseed, sesame, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, leaven, malt, curd cheese, salt, yeast and water from the Steinberg spring.

  • grain bread with the character of a mixed wheat bread
  • with an incredible freshness! Malt creates the special taste, but is also responsible for yeast nutrients and for the beautiful crust of the bread. The Pinzgau Milch curt cheese with 20 % FDM causes the perfect freshness.
